From Invisible to Impactful

How My Journey Began…

You’ve done everything “right”—you’ve worked hard, earned the credentials, and followed the rules. But you still feel stuck. Overlooked. Like you’re carrying more than your share and still not getting the visibility, leadership opportunities, or alignment you deserve.

I know how that feels—because I’ve lived it.

For years, I was the “go-to” person behind the scenes. The one who kept everything together—at work, at home, and in my community. I excelled in tech and nonprofit spaces, quietly carrying the load, hoping someone would finally recognize my value.

But promotions didn’t come. Recognition didn’t come. And the truth hit hard: working harder isn’t the same as being seen.

That was my turning point.

I stopped waiting for permission and started advocating for myself. I found mentorship, clarity, and the courage to lead in a way that felt true to me—not the version of leadership I thought I had to fit into.

Now, I help other women do the same.

What I Do

I’m a career and leadership clarity coach, certified in culturally competent coaching and DEI practices, with a background in tech, nonprofit strategy, and operations. I work with underrepresented professionals—especially women of color and nonprofit leaders—to help them:

  • Clarify their next step without losing themselves

  • Communicate their value with confidence

  • Step into leadership without burning out

  • Build careers that align with their values, voice, and vision

Through 1:1 coaching, group programs, and practical frameworks like GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Will), I offer real transformation—not just career advice.

Why It Matters

I built this work for the woman I used to be—quietly brilliant, deeply burned out, and unsure how to move forward without compromising who she was.

If that’s you? You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Let’s build your next chapter—with clarity, confidence, and courage.
