I used to think if I just worked twice as hard, I'd finally be seen. But after a decade in tech consulting – watching peers get promoted while I stayed stuck – I realized something crucial: working harder isn't enough when the systems aren't built for you.
That moment of clarity changed everything. I found my voice, advocated for myself, and eventually built something better: a coaching and consulting practice dedicated to helping women like you stop shrinking and start shining – without compromising who you are.
With 17+ years in technology and leadership, certifications in culturally competent coaching and DEI, and a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive as a woman of color in spaces where you're underrepresented, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to every coaching relationship.
I believe in creating courageous spaces for underrepresented women to rediscover their power, align their careers with their passions, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Through inclusive collaboration, deep listening, and actionable support, I help others see what's possible—and take steps to get there.
